1. Subscription Options
Bonobee offers both monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize Bonobee to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) depending on your selection at checkout.
2. Billing and Renewals
Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.
For annual plans, Bonobee will send renewal reminders at least 15 days before the renewal date.
Bonobee reserves the right to adjust pricing upon renewal with prior written notice (minimum 14 days).
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
4. Failed Payments
If a payment attempt fails, Bonobee may retry within 7 days. If unsuccessful, your access may be suspended until payment is completed. Repeated failed payments may result in account termination.
5. Discounts & Referral-Based Tariffs
If you subscribe under a discounted or referral-based plan and fail to meet the referral requirement, your plan will automatically revert to the standard tariff on your next billing cycle.
REFUND POLICY
Payments for subscriptions and marketplace services are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate billing or system error.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@bonobee.ai within 14 days of the charge.
Promotional or discounted plans are non-refundable.
Bonobee may, at its discretion, issue account credits instead of monetary refunds.
Certain services may be billed based on usage metrics (e.g., API calls, AI generation volume, or integration usage).
Usage fees are calculated monthly and automatically charged to your payment method.
Bonobee may apply fair-use limits or overage fees, disclosed in your account dashboard.
You will receive a usage summary each billing cycle.
Bonobee accepts payments via major credit cards and other methods supported by its payment processor. All transactions are handled securely through third-party providers compliant with PCI DSS standards. Bonobee does not store complete credit card data on its servers.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. If your payment method expires or is declined, Bonobee may suspend access until updated details are provided.
If you subscribe on behalf of a company or organization, you are responsible for all charges incurred, including those from additional users added to your plan.
The organization’s administrator retains control over billing, access, and cancellation for all associated accounts.
TAXES
All prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any VAT, GST, sales, or use taxes associated with your purchases. Bonobee may collect and remit such taxes as required by law.
Invoices for subscriptions and payments are available through your account dashboard. You agree to review all invoices and notify Bonobee of any discrepancies within seven (7) days of issuance.
All information and data accessed through Bonobee’s platform are for internal business use only. You may not use any data, listings, or partner information to build or enhance a competing product or service. Any unauthorized commercial use may result in immediate termination and legal action.
PERSONAL INFORMATION (GDPR / RODO COMPLIANCE)
Your submission of personal data through the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy. Bonobee processes your data securely and transparently, in compliance with GDPR.
